Haldi :– It has anti-inflammatory properties, making it a potential treatment for a number of health conditions, including reduced pain and increased ease of movement in people with osteoarthritis.

Devdaru :- It can be applied to the joints to manage problems such as inflammation and pain related to arthritis due to its anti-inflammatory property.

Gokharu :-It may help as a Pain reliever & reduce Inflamation.

Dalchini :- It is known to help patients with arthritis due to its heavy antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

Ashwagandha :- It is an important Herb in Ayurvedic Medicine. Ashwagandha may act as a pain reliever. It may also have some anti-inflammatory properties. For this reason, it is helpful for rheumatoid arthritis.
